The property consists of 9,000’ of ladder rail on 5 spurs. 2 spurs have adjacent lands to accommodate a trans loading operation and infrastructure. The two spurs can accommodate approximately 16 cars each depending on the length of the cars. One of the two spurs also has an 80’ platform scale available to weigh trucks in and out. Switching is done twice a week. (Tuesdays and Thursdays) Cars are delivered by the UP and final placement is done by Progress Rail. Progress Rail also has a complete car repair and maintenance facility immediately adjacent to my rail yard. The property is available for both car storage and transloading.
