My main contact is via Zoom. Conference calls work but quite often in these meetings it helps to share screens to show pictures, graphs, or tables. Zoom is also nice for people who have not met so they can put a name with a face.
Pictures are particularly nice. When I have been unable to visit a transload facility, pictures tell a story.
