It isn’t clear – from the bottom in May, there has been quite a rapid recovery though of course not FULL traffic recovery. But it would take an epidemiologist (or it SHOULD take one) to tell you if the rapid rise of cases and deaths in the south/southwest will lead to another shutdown.
