It's hard to find any Silver Linings in a global pandemic - the very question is a bit....off, at least from an NYC perspective; the rails are fortunate that they arrived at this crisis as an essential industry, and one in excellent condition in terms of finance, network, and operations. They are will continue to handle the drastic volume drop with relative ease; the key is how they handle both the inevitable recovery and the brave new world that follows...
