Why is my company already listed on Commtrex?
Commtrex represents companies, facilities, transportation providers, and freight locations across the North American freight ecosystem. Claiming a profile gives an authorized company representative a way to manage the information associated with that profile.
Who can claim a company?
Someone authorized to manage the company's information, such as an owner, employee, or authorized representative. Commtrex may request additional information to confirm the relationship.
What if someone has already claimed my company?
If the company already has an administrator, you can request access to the existing company account rather than creating another company profile.
What if I can't find my company?
Try searching by company name and location. If the company is not yet represented in Commtrex, use the Add Your Company workflow instead.
