Port of Nevada / Western Nevada Transload is a full-service inland port and rail facility located just 30 miles east of Reno in Fernley, Nevada. Strategically positioned along U.S. Highway 50 with close access to the Interstate 80 interchange, the 224-acre site spans both Lyon and Churchill counties and is ideally situated near key mining, agriculture, manufacturing, and distribution hubs—as well as fast-growing population centers. Our facility offers comprehensive logistics solutions including rail switching, intermodal services, 24/7 transloading potential, chassis service, and onsite truck scale. We handle a wide range of commodities, including liquids, dry bulk, and dimensional materials.
