Rail-served properties are also available for customers looking to put down roots in a location that allows for one day truck shipping to most of the west coast. Victory is within a designated Opportunity Zone.

Rail service to Victory is provided by both Union Pacific and BNSF. Cars are moved within the park by a private switcher, allowing excellent service flexibility.
