Situated in the heart of the DJ Basin, adjacent to the Union Pacific Switch Yard, this facility boasts a strategic location that offers convenient access to major transit corridors connecting Cheyenne and Greeley. With over 5,000 feet of track and future expansion plans for unit train capability, the site ensures efficient transportation options. Featuring 160 railcar spaces for transloading, it is perfectly poised to accommodate the growing demand in aggregates, cement, asphalt, and other construction products. Additionally, its prime position between Denver and Fort Collins presents optimal opportunities for further growth and development. Moreover, being surrounded by several feedlots enhances its potential for agricultural expansion. This multifaceted location promises to be a key player in various industries, benefiting from its advantageous geographic positioning and robust infrastructure. Twin Eagle also owns 40 acres adjacent to our current property, available for custom build out or Joint Venture project. We’re currently handling sand, LPG’s, diesel, ethanol, and gas but we’d like to continue to diversify and capture construction products, aggregate, chemicals, plastics, metals, and minerals, etc.
