COVID-19 has really pushed our office personnel to use conferencing technology (i.e. WebEx) more than ever.
For the rest of our operations, we are still running through the normal means of technology, with of course some distancing guidelines for employees.
As we come out of this pandemic, companies will probably look to ways to reduce supply chain risk by exploring things like driverless trucking technology or using modes such as rail that have less labor needed. I have also heard of 3PL companies looking into robotics technology within warehouses and distribution centers to reduce the labor risk.
