What lessons will the next generation learn from COVID-19? (Answer by Jim Blaze)

Jim Blaze Headshot (2)

Every generation will cyclically hit an extreme economic challenge. It is in our history. Normally, such periodic events require adjustment to a 15% or greater loss of RE business. Once every three to five generations, such a crisis might hit this 2020-year level of more than a 30% traffic hit. (Actually more than 80% loss for things like finished autos.)

The point is this: Never forget these risks. Plan for these possibilities.

It is extreme strategic due diligence.
