and what is your company doing to make progress in this area?
In terms of operations sustainability, our method is to stay ahead of the curve by ensuring we have the resources available when adjustments to operations are necessary.
In a broader sense, our focus long-term is to diversify our traffic base to ensure our operations are not reliant on one sole commodity or industry. Railcar storage is a major component of our business which can be quite unpredictable. One way to counter the changes in that business is to provide additional mechanical and railcar services which help offset revenue losses when railcar storage demand is low.
