In what commodity areas are you seeing the most growth or demand, and what do you attribute that to? (Michael Kershaw)

Lumber and panel products have probably seen the most growth during the pandemic. Production has slowed as sawmills struggle to get workers back and new home production is growing steadily. Production is out 4-6 weeks and prices are astronomical.

Imports in the forest products realm are increasing. Commodities attached to travel are rebounding such as fuels, car rentals, and air travel. Rental car fleets are struggling to meet demands. Grains to foreign countries increase as the world continues to fight hunger.

Commodities connected to the automobile production lines will start to amp up as quarantines lift and people start purchasing automobiles again. Imports/exports should grow as restrictions lift and consumption returns to normalcy.
